1. **Rental Agreement:**
– By engaging our rental services, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in the rental agreement that will be sent to you. Ensure you thoroughly review and understand the terms before confirming your reservation.
2. **Booking Confirmation:**
– A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit, if mentioned. Any changes to the booking must be communicated and confirmed in writing.
3. **Payment Terms:**
– Payments for rentals are due according to the agreed-upon schedule. Late payments may incur additional charges.
4. **Damage and Liability:**
– The client assumes responsibility for any damage to the LED dance floor during the rental period. A security deposit may be required to cover potential damages, if mentioned.
5. **Installation and Removal:**
– Our team will handle the installation and removal of the LED dance floor. Ensure that the designated event space is accessible and ready for setup at the agreed-upon time.
6. **Custom Orders:**
– Custom orders for purchase require a minimum lead time of one year. The specifics of the customization will be outlined in a separate agreement.
7. **Force Majeure:**
– In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or other uncontrollable events), Thedancefloor.ca reserves the right to modify or cancel services. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any changes promptly.
**Cancellation Policies:**
1. **Rental Cancellations:**
– Cancellations made 30 days before the scheduled event will receive a full refund of the deposit, if made. Cancellations made within 15 days of the event may result in a partial or no refund if made.
2. **Custom Order Cancellations:**
– Custom orders for purchase cannot be canceled once the production process has begun. Cancellations made prior to the start of production may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. **Refund Processing:**
– Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days. The method of refund will be the same as the original payment.
4. **Change of Date:**
– Clients may request a change of event date, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee may apply.
